The beeping sound from the Sunsynk inverter serves as a notification alert. There are several reasons you might hear this sound, including fully discharged batteries, a fault code present on the inverter, or a change in settings. Even if the beeper is switched off, a fault code will still be visible if an error triggers the beep.
To disable the beeper from the app:
- Please access your monitoring portal - Click on your plant name.
- Choose equipment at the bottom of the screen, and use the three dots next to the serial number to select additional options, then click on settings.
- From here, open basic settings.
- After opening basic settings, you will find a toggle switch labelled "beeper", which you can click to turn off.
- Click 'Save'.
